Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us, we appreciate your custom and your satisfaction is our priority.
Canary Junction offers a flexible policy for standard lampshades, allowing exchanges within 7 days of receipt (see below for exclusions). Customers can choose between an exchange voucher of equal value or an alternative lampshade.
Key Points:
Exchange Eligibility: Items must be unused, in re-saleable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase
Exclusions: Custom designs, bespoke projects, sale items, pendant/harp shades and gift cards cannot be exchanged
Exchange Process: Contact info@canaryjunction.com.au before sending any lampshades back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for the cost of posting the new shade. Items should be packed in the same box as received with packaging to ensure no damage during transit. Return the original item first, then place a new order.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: Report within 7 days with photos for prompt resolution. The original damaged box will also need to be sighted.

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully as there are no refunds for change of mind or wrong size ordered etc. Our shades are custom made to order using designer fabrics.
