Processing & Delivery Timeframe

It usually takes 5-7 business days to make your shade. Custom orders (using your fabric) can take longer due to liaison and fabric delivery. Shipping takes approx. 4-8 business days. We cannot be responsible for any delays from Australia Post (but we find them very reliable)

Shipping & Collection Information

There is a fee of $15 flat rate for postage (Australia Post) and packaging throughout Australia for the first shade and $10 flat rate for the second shade. If we can fit the shades in one box, we will refund the second postage cost. Postage and packaging is subsidized and not the real cost of postage.

There is an option to collect your shade/s from Artocracy (a gift and homewares shop), 435 Sydney Road, Brunswick VIC 3056. Any postage paid will be refunded. You can also see a small selection of our shades at the shop https://www.artocracy.com.au

We will deliver free to postcodes 3011, 3012, 3013 and 3015. Any postage paid will be refunded.

We do not ship internationally.
